You may want to add more layers of shading to the hair, right now it looks some what stringy, it helps to start off with basic shades and then work your way to individual strands (with some blending) so that the hair appears softer and flowy. The two large chunks of hair in front seem to "float" in front of the body, they should fall against the shoulder and collar bones (if that makes sense) so they don't seem stiff
